If you would prefer to have your paycheck mailed to you, please inform your RandCol Staffing representative. Paychecks are mailed on Thursday. Please make sure we have your current address! Before we can pay you, we must have your approved Time Sheet. If your Time Sheet is not accurate or is not signed by your job assignment supervisor, or is otherwise incomplete or late your paycheck may be delayed. Timekeeping Federal and state laws require RandCol Staffing to keep an accurate record of all time worked by our employees. Time worked is all the time actually spent on the job performing assigned duties. The RandCol Staffing Time Sheet is the official document used to record time worked and is the only document we will use to calculate your pay. Therefore, it is the most important document in the payroll process. An approved Time Sheet is one that is complete, accurate and signed by your job assignment supervisor. As such, it is the official payroll record. Your RandCol Staffing representative will give you a blank Time Sheet for each new job assignment. You should record the hours you worked at the end of each day. Round off the total hours worked to the nearest quarter hour (i.e., .25, .50, .75 or .00) if you do not work a particular day; place an X in the space. At the end of the last working day of each week, you and your job assignment supervisor must verify the time(s) recorded on the time sheet and sign in the spaces provided. You should keep one copy of the Time Sheet for your records and give one copy to your job assignment supervisor. Payroll Processing It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your approved Time Sheet. You must submit a copy of the Time Sheet to your RandCol Staffing representative in time for payroll processing. This means that we must receive your approved Time Sheet by no later than 10:00 AM on the Monday immediately following your last working day of the prior week. If we do not receive your Time Sheet by 10:00 AM on Monday, your paycheck may be delayed. You can drop your Time Sheet off at our office at: 3500 North State Road 7, Suite 207 Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319 Or, you can fax your Time Sheet to: 954-497-1897 Regardless of which method you choose, your Time Sheet must be received in our office by 10:00 AM on Monday. Additional Time Sheets for the following workweek will be available on our website. Rate of Pay Never discuss your pay rate with others. Our contracted clients retain our services for many reasons. You may be earning more than your co-workers and it would be embarrassing to them and our client. Pay rates are based on the skill requirements of the job to which you are assigned. Your RandCol Staffing representative will advise you of the rate of pay relative to your job assignment prior to the start of the assignment. Overtime for a non-exempt job assignment is paid at the rate of one-and-one-half times the straight time hourly rate. Anytime you are late to your assignment or voluntarily terminate your assignment prematurely without cause and without our approval, your pay rate may be adjusted to the applicable minimum wage established in this state. Pay Corrections RandCol Staffing takes all reasonable steps to assure that you receive the correct amount of pay in each paycheck and that you are paid promptly on the scheduled payday. In the unlikely event that there is an error in the amount of pay received, you should notify your RandCol Staffing representative immediately so that corrections can be made. In the case of an underpayment of wages, we will make the correction as soon as possible but no later than your next regularly scheduled paycheck by adding the amount of underpayment to all other wages due to you at that time. If an overpayment of wages occurs, we will make the correction in your next regularly scheduled paycheck by deducting the overpayment, which you hereby authorize. Pay Deductions The law requires RandCol Staffing to make certain deductions from the wages earned by all employees (i.e., federal, state and local taxes). We will not make any other deductions from your pay unless you authorize them, as described above for overpayment of wages. If you have any questions concerning the deductions from your paycheck, please discuss them with your RandCol Staffing representative. Work Week/Schedules/Hours Our workweek starts at 12:00 AM Monday and ends at 12:00 PM the following Sunday. Work schedules for employees vary throughout our organization. Your RandCol Staffing representative will advise you of the hours of work relative to your assignment. All hours worked must be authorized in advance and approved by your RandCol Staffing representative and/or your job assignment supervisor. It is your responsibility to know and understand the times and days of assignments. Benefits Eligible employees are provided with a wide range of benefits. Several programs (such as Social Security, workers compensation insurance, unemployment compensation insurance and state disability insurance where applicable) cover all employees in the manner prescribed by law.
